Assembly Method: The assembly method involves positioning the cells with an aluminum alloy clamp plate, then securing the entire battery cell group with stainless steel bands.

BMS protection board： This battery uses a protection board with active balancing.

Active balancing works by transferring energy from cells with higher capacity to those with lower capacity, thus balancing the energy distribution within the battery pack, and keep the battery at maximum capacity.

The red-cap AST battery can be connected in series, up to four units for 24V, 36V or 48V system voltage can be achieved through series connection.
